Pioneer People are assisting a nursery school in Hall Green who are looking to appoint hardworking, dedicated and caring Early Years Outreach Worker who can support their nursery practitioners. The role is term time only, Monday-Friday.

Job Description

You will help to develop the inclusive practice and quality first teacher in a variety of settings, including PVI nurseries, child minders, stay and plays and school based nursery classed by:

• Supporting practitioners to identify strengths and areas for development
• Providing advice and guidance to enable improvements within their practice
• Sign posting to existing services and partnerships within the districts to meet identified needs
• Focusing on early intervention for children in all settings and successful transitions into their next provision

Is this you?

• Have experience of working in an Early Years Setting
• Hold a level 3 or above in childcare or similar
• Have knowledge of the Early Years Framework

The Role

The role itself can be full or part time (ideally full time) and will commence ASAP with hours. The ideal candidate for this role will have previous experience working in a nursery and preferably managerial/supervisor experience.
