One pupil. One brilliant TA. A life changing difference. We're looking for a caring, consistent 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant to support a pupil with complex needs at a specialist SEN school in Small Heath, full time and long term.

What you'll be doing:

Providing dedicated 1:1 support for a pupil with complex learning and communication needs

Building trust, routine and a safe space where your pupil can thrive

Delivering personalised learning plans with the class teacher and SENCo

Working closely with the family and wider team to track real progress

What we're looking for:

Experience supporting a child or young person with SEN on a 1:1 basis (school, care or personal experience all count)

Patience, empathy and a calm, steady presence

The resilience to stick with it and celebrate every step forward

An enhanced DBS on the update service, or willingness to apply
