Make a real difference every single day. We're looking for a warm, resilient SEN Teaching Assistant to join a specialist SEN school in Aston on a full time, long term basis.

What you'll be doing:

Supporting pupils with a range of needs including autism, ADHD and speech and language needs

Working in small classes alongside an experienced teacher and SENCo

Helping pupils build confidence, communication and independence

Celebrating the small wins that mean everything

What we're looking for:

Experience supporting children or young people with SEN (school, care or personal experience all count)

Patience, energy and a calm, positive approach

A genuine passion for inclusive education

An enhanced DBS on the update service, or willingness to apply
